Training
We operate throughout the year and run a full training programme during the season when provide 8 hours a week of fully coached training sessions. Please note that our matches are always booked in addition to these sessions.
During the summer we offer recreational outdoor sessions at a variety of locations around Guildford and also compete in many outdoor tournaments.
Junior training session - Sunday
- 5-7pm - St. Catherine's School, Bramley
- Organised and designed specifically for Junior players.
SVL Training session - Tuesday
- 8-10pm - Guildford Spectrum
- Dedicated training session for our 4 SVL teams. Intermediate to Advanced level.
Open Training session - Thursday
- 730pm-930pm - St. Catherine's School, Bramley
- Organised and designed specifically beginners and novice players
Advanced Training session (Men) - Thursday
- 8-10pm - Guildford Spectrum
- NVL Players with others by invite only - contact the session coach Mike Richardson
Summer Open Outdoor session - Thursday **
- 7-9pm - Stoke Park opposite Guildford Spectrum (** July to September)
- Please note final session in 2023 is Thursday 31st August
- Everyone Welcome - All abilities catered for from beginner through to National League player. A chance for all to play outdoor volleyball in a social setting)
